A 50% retainer is required to reserve your event date. Your booking is confirmed once the retainer is received and written confirmation is provided.

Deposits
All retainers and deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations
At least 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made within 72 hours forfeit the retainer and are not eligible for rescheduling or future bookings.
Event changes
Changes to the date, time, venue, guest count, service period or menu are subject to availability and may require an updated quote.
In-person tastings
In-person tastings are available by appointment for an additional tasting fee. Tasting details and the fee are confirmed before scheduling.
Final details
Final pricing is based on guest count, service time, location, selected flavors and presentation. Delivery, staffing, setup and upgrades are included only when listed in your written quote.
